We know returning items bought online can be difficult so we make it as easy as possible.
We hope you won’t need to return anything to us but if you do we will refund or exchange any orders for stock items (providing the goods have not been used, are not damaged and in a re-saleable condition) as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any products that are used are non-refundable unless faulty.

When returning items to us please make sure that the items are securely packaged, and that you ask for proof of postage as you are responsible for the safe return of goods to EVOSSDNA®. Goods are returned at your own cost unless an item is faulty.
Exchanges
Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your original item(s) if you wish to exchange them for something else: help@evossdna.com, and return your original item(s) to us at the address above within 21 days of your notification.
We will dispatch the exchange item as soon as we have received the originals being returned providing any outstanding balances have been settled e.g. if the exchange item has a higher value than the original then the balance will be charged. Where the exchange item has a lower cost than the original item ordered we will refund the balance to you. Please note that additional shipping fees apply to exchange items dispatched.
